All items are in stock and ready to dispatch from our UK warehouse at the time of posting on our website. Otherwise it will be noted if a product is out of stock.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and a contact telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to a significant delay in delivery.

Please note that all recorded delivery services will require a signature for delivery — in case of non-delivery, please contact your local post office or depot in the first instance, as they may have tried to deliver at a time when no one was available to sign for the parcel.

Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared. PayPal payments normally clear immediately, whereas cheque and money orders will take about 4 to 5 working days to clear. Payment in the form of an “eCheque” can take 7-9 days to clear, so please make sure you are aware of this when making a payment.

Please allow one week for European delivery and about two weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

Return Policy

At OUTDOORS DIRECT we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a no-quibble return policy.

If you do wish to return an item to us for an exchange or refund, please contact us to arrange this. A Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) code will be issued to you. Please write this code on the package or include a note inside the package to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the process.

Please note that returned items must be sent unused, unsoiled, complete with all its original packaging and parts, no later than 14 days from receipt.

For returning goods we advise that you use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Delivery, or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if necessary. Please retain the shipping reference number as proof of postage.

Refunds of the full product cost (excluding the postage) will be processed within 10 working days of the receipt of the returned product.
